It’s time again! On the last weekend of November (25 – 27 November 2016), the DTSG organizes its upcoming two-days race and cordially invites all hitchhikers and interested people to participate. This time it takes place in the region of the Black Forest (Schwarzwald), between Karlsruhe and Freiburg im Breisgau. Varied checkpoints along the road as well as in open terrain will lead us through the highest low mountain range of Germany, which will not neglect enthusiasts for the Black Forest. Start and Finish will be in the city of Messkirch.
Additionally, there is reason to celebrate: The DTSG turns 5 years old. There will be a decent celebration at the end of the race.
Having deciduous meadow landscapes and a large number of sunny days around Freiburg, it is one of the most popular touristic areas in Germany. Its intact nature attracts numerous hikers, climbers and mountain bikers. Thermal bathes, traditional costumes and the cuckoo clock are well-known customs which appeal to many foreign tourists.
The exact meeting point, on Friday afternoon/evening before the start, will be in the town of Messkirch. From now on, registration for single persons and teams is open again. For further questions you can contact us through the form or in the comments.
Looking forward to meet you all!
